| 摘要： | The purpose of the interim guidance is to help Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects conform to the National ITS Architecture, applicable or provisional standards, and protocols. These requirements were set forth in the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21). The document provides guidance on meeting conformity with the National Architecture. It also contains a recommended approach to assist in meeting the legislative intent of TEA-21. |
