| 摘要： | This paper examines the incentives that can be offered to drivers to participate in advanced driver education. The incentives come from four sources: Self-improvement - the desire to be a better driver; Insurance discount - offering premium reductions; Penalty reduction - mitigating the penalties for traffic violations; and Graduated licensing - requiring additional instruction to gain full licensure. |
