| 摘要： | This paper describes journey time facilities which have been developed as part of a Traffic and Travel Information System (TTIS). The research and implementation has been achieved by combining elements of a number of projects in the UK over recent years. The paper covers: a) the methods used in the calculation of journey times, b) the management of journey time data within a TTIS and c) the potential for subsequent uses of journey time information The automation of the majority of these processes is seen as a major advantage for all managers and users of the information. |
