| 摘要： | In an effort to develop estimated costs to operate and maintain an arterial Traffic Management Center (TMC), a survey was sent to all agencies in Los Angeles County, and several other agencies in California, known to have TMCs. This paper summarizes the results of that survey. A primary consideration of the survey was to determine the incremental TMC Operation and Maintenance (O&M) cost beyond the cost of conventional traffic signal O&M. Survey results are summarized and converted to a cost per 100 signals to facilitate subsequent analysis. |
