| 摘要： | The InterCAD San Diego Project was born in 1995 as part of the Southern California ITS Priority Corridor Showcase Program. In the ensuing years, the project has had some successes but the original goals of fully integrating public safety agencies with each other and with the regional Transportation Management Center have not been met. The project justification is no less compelling than it was in 1995 and indeed is now even more so in the light of recent initiatives in the US DOT/US DOJ ITS Public Safety Program. A number of lessons learned are presented in this paper. |
