| 摘要： | Maricopa County ITS Strategic Plan is an effort undertaken by the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and a coalition of private and public agencies to develop a plan for deploying ITS technologies. The vision for this project is to identify innovative ITS technologies for deployment in Maricopa County to satisfy regional transportation needs. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has developed a Planning Process to aid local/regional agencies in the development of ITS Strategic Plans. In addition, a National Program Plan for ITS has been prepared to provide a general framework to guide ITS investment decisions and promote ITS goals. This project fulfills the requirements of the Early Deployment Strategic Plan. |
