| 摘要： | The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) has installed an automatic scheduling and dispatch system (ASD) in Southeast Michigan. The purpose of this new system is to improve mobility and increase the efficiency of paratransit services in the region, in addition to addressing national ITS goals. |
