| 摘要： | The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) has installed an automatic scheduling and dispatch system (ASD) in Southeast Michigan in accordance with their plans to implement ITS as a site for an operational field test. This report studies the effect of the scheduling and dispatch system upgrade on the paratransit dispatchers at SMART. |
