| 摘要： | In a refreshing change from the free car parking commonly offered by councils in an attempt to stimulate trade, Swansea Council has opted to make bus travel free for everyone this summer. The free travel began on July 30 and continues until the schools reopen. Six operators have agreed to suspend fares in Swansea on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. One of the council's aims is to reduce pollution and congestion from cars. Parking charges continue to apply in council-owned car parks. |
