| 摘要： | The two Wright Gemini 2DLs recently acquired from Tower Transit have entered service from Hounslow Heath garage, primarily on school routes 696 (Hayes -Bishop Ramsey School) and 697 (Wood End - Ickenham). They carry the garage code WK, reflecting the site's original use by Stanwell Buses, which traded as Westlink. This remains the code used by Transport for London, although London United, which acquired business in 1995, has used the code HH. Abellio has secured planning consent for new garage in Dawley Road, Hayes. The new facility, which will accommodate up to 56 buses, is intended to be a replacement for the existing garage in North Hyde Gardens, Hayes on which the lease expires at the end of September. |
