| 摘要： | G&Z is now offering an upgraded version of its MP550 Material Placer, which was first introduced in 2015.The MP550 features a patented high production hopper that can receive and discharge twice as much concrete or aggregates in an hour than any other placer on the market according to the firm.In addition, the MP550 is designed for ease of access so it can easily be cleaned quickly and safely. The MP550 can handle a wide variety of materials; from wet concrete to CTB, and even dry aggregates. It offers a fast concrete loading cycle as this can be achieved in under one minute, even with low slump airport concrete.The MP550's patented high-production hopper is capable of taking a surge of material as fast as the truck can dump. The machine's hopper can hold around 3.8m~3 and including material held on the belts, the MP550's onboard holding capacity is 6.66m~3. The hopper has a ovel low front flop gate, and a G&Z exclusive and patented dump cycle shortening shuttle plate, which actuates hydraulically to hinge up and seal against the truck during dumping. This minimises spillage and ensures that all of the material is fed to the auger. |
