| 摘要： | The Los Angeles County Department of Public Works (LADPW) proposes to make improvements to the Big Tujunga Dam and related facilities, which are located in Big Tujunga Canyon, Los Angeles County, California. The LADPW has requested funding for the proposed project through the State of California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP). This Environmental Assessment (EA) evaluates alternatives to the project, documents existing conditions, identifies potential impacts of the proposed alternatives on the environment, and summarizes mitigation measures to avoid or reduce environmental impacts.
