摘要：	Any refiner or importer planning to produce or import highway diesel fuel after June 1, 2006 and/or 15 ppm nonroad, locomotive, or marine (NRLM) diesel fuel after June 1, 2010 is required to submit to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA or the Agency) annual pre-compliance reports. Reports were due from 2003 through 2005 for the highway diesel rule and are due from 2005 through 2011 for the nonroad diesel rule by June 1 of each year. This report summarizes the results of the June 2005 pre-compliance reports, the final set of the highway reports and the first set of the nonroad reports.
