摘要: IN SMALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IT CAN HAPPEN THAT THE CONSTRUCTION SITE DOES NOT HAVE THE TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED TO GUARANTEE SPECIFIED PRODUCTION OF AIR ENTRAINED CONCRETE. THERE ARE ALSO CASES IN WHICH THE CONCRETE MUST BE PRODUCED SO DRY THAT THE REQUIRED AIR VOIDS CONTENT CANNOT BE ACHIEVED WITH CERTAINTY WITH THE AIR ENTRAINING AGENTS COMMONLY USED TODAY. THE OBJECT OF THE PROJECT IS TO ESTABLISH WHETHER A CONCRETE RESISTANT TO FROST AND DEICING SALT CAN BE PRODUCED AND SURVEYED BY USING SPECIAL MEASURES DESCRIBED IN THE LITERATURE (FOR EXAMPLE WAX BALLS, PLASTIC BALLOONS).
