Assessment of Arizona’s Partnering Activities in Construction Projects |
摘要: |
Partnering is a process of collaborative teamwork to achieve measurable results through agreements and productive working relationships. It provides a structure for teams to establish a mission, to facilitate common goals and objectives, to develop an issue-resolution process, and to evaluate the team’s progress. The ADOT Partnering Office was established in the 1990s to manage the department’s partnering functions for all roadway construction projects.
The Partnering Office is interested in research to help it better understand the needs and expectations of partnership members and evaluate the office’s effectiveness in meeting those needs and expectations. The proposed research was developed to provide information on how to refine the Partnering program to effectively serve its partners and fulfill the program’s functions. |
