| 摘要： | Gradual developments or changes in procurement practices, such as a shift from traditional bid build contracts to design build contracts, mean that contractors take over risks from the client. Based on this change, the issue of risk management is essential. This project aims at developing models and tools to better motivate choice of contractual and procurement strategies based on risks and outcomes in already completed and future construction projects. In addition, to enable risk allocation between the Swedish Transport Administration and the contractor based on contract type, warranty period and functional requirements. This will be done by evaluating the risks within the existing specifications and associated fines, bonuses and reduced compensation. |
