| 摘要： | The goal of the project is to contribute to the environmentally friendly and low-carbon transport systems, and stimulate the transfer of freight from road to sea. This will be done by the development of solutions, tools, and techniques to improve service quality and environmental performance of shipping and the development of cost-effective, safe and flexible deployment concept. The volumes of goods that are nearest at hand for a traffic shift are those which have their place of departure or destination near the coast or those volumes in transit by road and rail along the coast. Demand for transport whose quality and price requirements is close to the performance that shipping is able to offer, is identified while developing attractive maritime distribution concepts. Special focus is put on the use of barges for transport of containers on the river G�ta �lv as well as inland water ways. |
