摘要：	The project conducts literature review of available literature in different databases. The project is implemented mainly by VTI Link�ping and their expertise in testing will be included in the work. For the majority of accident studies examined reports in STRADA to sort out incidents of poles involved. The project will not analyze or evaluate the work of the standards themselves for the posts. The purpose of the proposed project is to gain a better understanding of the use of flexible light poles today. Literature study should seek to answer the following questions: * What do the studies that analyzed real accidents? * Used breakaway light poles optimal cost to get the maximum safety in Sweden? * Is it the right environments poles used in? * How is compliant lighting columns in other countries? Mainly studied Denmark, Norway, Denmark, England and the USA; * What other countries are based on knowledge? * Accidents Study in selected geographical areas investigate in what circumstances and to what extent there are accidents with light poles today.
