| 摘要： | The purpose of this task is to develop a multi-criteria performance metrics related to bicycle demand and safety for evaluating proposed bicycle infrastructure. These metrics will include evaluations of: (1) Environmental impacts: Reduction in motorized vehicle use through mode shift, and consequent emissions reductions; (2) Economic impacts: Changes in the consumer surplus; and (3) Health/safety impacts: Changes in expected number of crashes and expected crash risk; changes in bicycle miles traveled. |
