| 摘要： | The purpose of this project is mainly ongoing evaluation of our procurement strategies and business models and their impact on innovation and productivity in the construction industry. The project helps to monitor and evaluate the Swedish Transport Administration's efforts to increase innovation and productivity in the construction industry with a focus on our client strategy. We procure 40 billion of our budget of 50 billion and therefore this Project will affect most challenges. The project will relate the findings to similar operations in the world / Europe in several areas. Evaluation of the purchaser role is of great interest in Europe with the trend towards increased outsourcing of the public sector trend that has increased, although there are also opposing trends in some countries. |
