摘要：	Civil aviation contributes in unique and significant ways to U.S. commercial interests and activities worldwide. Over recent decades, aviation has become an accepted part of everyday life, and civil aviation is now a vital component of the national and global transportation system. But however pervasive aviation becomes, in nearly all cases air transportation serves as a means for achieving some other end, such as a family visit, a client meeting or an overnight delivery of a much-needed component.
