| 摘要： | SAFI Chemical Plant, owned and operated by OCP, GROUPE OFFICE CHERIFIEN DES PHOSPHATES, is located on the Atlantic Coast approximately 10 km south of the city of SAFI, consisting of three divisions, producing Phosphoric Acid and Solid Fertilizers: MAROC PHOSPHORE I produces Phosphoric Acid and MAP Fertilizer; MAROC CHIMIE produce TSP, NPK and DAP Fertilizers; MAROC PHOSPHORE II produces Phosphoric Acid. The chemical plant uses three seawater pumping stations for their water needs. Residual water is disposed into the sea. Primary products (Solid Sulfur, Sulfuric Acid, Ammonia and Potash) are unloaded form ocean going vessels in the Port of SAFI, which is located at the city proper. Solid Sulfur is carried by railway, Ammonia, Sulfuric Acid and Potash are carried by tank and silo trucks to the chemical plant. Export products (Fertilizer MAP, TSP, DAP, NPK, Phosphate Solids and Phosphoric Acid) are carried to the port by train. Since the transportation of these materials between the Chemical Plant and the Port of SAFI presents high risks, environmental problems and various other disadvantages, it has been proposed to build a new port facility in front of the SAFI Chemical Plant.
