| 摘要： | First South West abruptly suspended three of its daily Adventures by Bus double-deck leisure services across Devon and Cornwall and reduced another to weekends only from January 16. The Dartmoor Explorer from Plymouth, Tavistock and Exeter, Discover Exeter city tour and reduced winter Perranporth-Newquay-Padstow Atlantic Coaster are withdrawn as is the Falmouth Coaster on weekdays. All return at Easter along with some new adventures. The Land's End Coaster from Penzance and St Ives, the Lizard from Helston and Watchet-Minehead-Lynmouth Exmoor Coaster continue on winter schedules. First apologised, explaining: "As it is the quietest part of the year and we are experiencing short notice staff absences due to Covid isolation, we have taken the proactive decision to temporarily suspend some rides so that we have a small level of drivers available to provide cover for our essential local bus network and school and college transport." First is further investing in its open-top fleet, with nine former-London Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 conversions expected soon. |
