摘要: |
In 2016, the Idaho Transportation Department contracted with the University of Idaho’s Social Science Research Unit to conduct a survey on the general public’s engagement and communication with the department. The goal of conducting this survey was to better understand how Idahoans engage with ITD, how they prefer to communicate with and receive communication from the department, and overall trends about what modes of communication best suit Idahoans from different regions. |
