| 摘要： | Transport infrastructure is vulnerable to the impacts of extreme weather events and climate change. Infrastructure should be resilient in order to minimise the negative social and economic impacts. There are various approaches to improve resilience. This paper presents a methodology to assist project teams to incorporate climate change adaptation measures during project development of road projects. How road projects can be made climate resilient at a project level are discussed. The methodology proposed by the Asian Development Bank is presented for use by practicing engineers in planning, designing, construction, operation and maintenance of road projects. |
