| 摘要： | This project presents an overview and an evaluation of the present Swedish road safety and environmental reforms in order to show the relations between countermeasures and the effects on road safety and the environment. The relation between general targets and the reforms is well documented by international research findings. The relation between reforms and countermeasures is weaker, due to the fact that the proposed or implemented countermeasures are mainly development of new measures rather than countermeasures with well documented effects. Frequent changes in the management system make it difficult for the employees of Road Administration to follow up the targets in their daily work. |
