The Virtual Durability test is considered to introduce an engineering practicability of the BIW torsion fatigue analysis method.By simulating the behavior of a vehicle on the uneven road, and applying the reverse load over four connection points of body and chassis to achieve body torsional deformation, the torsion fatigue performance of BIW can be predicted.All of these are subject to the fatigue life prediction based on lastest design dates at the early stage of the project research and development of a car.Finally, a more efficient CAE analysis support for project research and development is provided. |
