摘要: |
The torsion beam for a certain model of motor vehicle cracked in the bench test.The analysis of cracked torsion beam through fracture microscopic analysis,microstructure test,chemical composition analysis and mechanical properties test,and the re-sults show that the fracture was mainly due to the decarburization of the surface.The decarburized layer is present on the surface of the torsion,thus reducing the hardness and the fatigue strength,induced surface cracks by the external force and accelerating extension of the crack. |
