摘要：	Difficulties as system structure difference, data sharing inconvenience and deficiency of business system interoperability exist in traditional traffic information service platform and the management information system.In view of these, this paper proposes a service oriented architecture for traffic information service platform design and proposes design objectives based on SOA theory traffic information service platform , mainly for traffic information service platform for the overall composition and the function of each part being analyzed and designed.Based on the SOA theory of hierarchical structure of concepts, combined with the actual situation of Heilongjiang province traffic information service, we found the Heilongjiang province traffic information service platform;establish the XML document and the traffic information data conversion model;realize the mutual mapping;create a design of the Heilongjiang provincial public travel service network framework and realize the Internet terminal traffic information query and service function.
