| 摘要： | This paper introduces the measures and achievements that Sichuan Province has taken and made in the acceleration of urban-rural accessible environment construction and transformation by taking opportunities of undertaking the 9th National Games of Persons with Disabilities and the 6th Special Olympics and carrying out the construction of cities (counties) with accessible environments, in combination with post-disaster reconstruction.Especially, with overall arrangement, innovative actions,tailored solutions and enhancement of supervision, Sichuan Province has strengthened the accessible environment transformation for families with persons with disabilities and obtained wide coverage and favorable comments. |
