| 摘要： | By enhancing the management and supervision of newly-built accessible facilities, actively promoting accessible facility construction in public transportation and large places for entertainment, shopping and activities, carrying out synchronized planning, design and construction of accessible facilities in the construction of small towns, and implementing accessible environment transformation for families with persons with disabilities, etc., Hebei Province has advanced the initial formation of accessible environments in the whole society.But there are still many problems such as low public awareness of accessible environment and imperfect laws and regulations concerning accessible facility design, construction and maintenance.In view of the current situation of and problems in the construction of accessible environments, Hebei Province has taken further measures including actively promoting the legislation, increasing the capital investment and intensifying the publicity of accessible environment construction. |
