| 摘要： | The construction of accessible environments is of great significance for Persons with Disabilities to participate in social life.According to the evaluation on the implementation of accessibility content in the Law on the Protection of Persons with Disabilities, the construction of accessible environments in China has achieved positive progress.The Regulations on the Construction of Accessible Environments has been formulated;a series of plans and policies have been enacted;industry standard systems are becoming perfect gradually;investment has been increased;the basic pattern of urban accessible facilities has taken initial shape;information accessibility has made positive progress;and accessible service network for Persons with Disabilities begins to take shape.According to the investigation on conditions of accessibility of Persons with Disabilities, residents in the community where persons with disabilities live, relevant government staff and relevant government departments, it is recommended to further strengthen the legislation, intensify the enforcement of accessible environment laws and regulations, enhance the systematization and standardization of accessible environment construction,establish perfect accessible environment construction standard systems,increase the investment in accessible environment construction, focus on enhancing accessible facility construction in rural areas and small towns, and raise public awareness of "accessible environment". |
