| 摘要： | In 2000, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued Technical Standards for Airport Passenger Terminal Facilities with Accessibility by Individuals with Disabilities, which was revised in 2009.Now, large civil airports in China are actively carrying out the construction and transformation of accessible facilities according to this standard.In 2008, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, China Disabled Persons's Federation and Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games issued the Air Transportation Policy for the Individual with a Disability during Beijing Olympic Games (Paralympic Games), guaranteeing the air transportation of persons with disabilities during Beijing Olympic Games (Paralympic Games).In order to make this important legacy of the Olympic Games (Paralympic Games) long-lasting, the Department of Transport, Civil Aviation Administration of China enacted the Measures of Air Transport for Persons with Disabilities (Trial) in April 2009, regulating provisions on the number of passengers with disabilities,ticket reservation, storage of aided facilities for persons with disabilities,security check, air service, service dog transportation, etc.The needs of persons with disabilities will be amended timely with the economic and social development. |
