| 摘要： | The Chinese government and leaders have always attached great importance to disability services, earnestly performed all obligations, and taken legislative, administrative and other appropriate measures to ensure and promote the gradual fulfillment of all rights under the Convention.While strengthening the legislation and policy guarantee for persons with disabilities, China has actively promoted the implementation of relevant laws and policies;included the human rights guarantee of persons with disabilities into the national human rights action plan;strived to strengthen the social security, improve rehabilitation services, increase the level of education, enhance employment promotion measures, support the poor to shake off poverty, enrich the cultural life and improve social environment;and promoted an overall improvement in the conditions for disabled persons.China has advanced the sustainable development of disability services by improving the services for persons with disabilities, strengthening the construction of organizations for persons with disabilities, encouraging social force to participate in disability services,establishing a dynamic monitoring mechanism for conditions of persons with disabilities in the whole country, etc.With the opportunities of the third "Asian and Pacific Decade of Persons with Disabilities (2013-2022)" event, Beijing Paralympic Games, Guangzhou Asian Para Games, Shanghai World Expo and High-Level-Meeting of General Assembly on Disability and Development,China has actively promoted the international exchange and cooperation of disability services. |
