| 摘要： | History of development of accessible environment demonstrate that the idea of standardization play an important role as a means to promote the construction of accessible facilities." Unified, coordinated, competitive,simplify", the application of these principles of standardization, push forward the construction of accessible facilities in China from disorder to order, from dispersed to unified, from extensive to standardized, greatly improving the efficiency.Based on standardization, fully play the guided and constrained role of technical standards, promote the development of the construction of accessible facilities rapidly, sustained and healthy in China.Practice has proved that the implementation of technical standard has affected the construction of accessible facilities in China in the following four aspects: First, the standard formulation marks the official start of construction of the accessible facilities which laid the foundation for the development of accessible environment in China.Secondly, the implementation of standards and norms promotes comprehensive construction of accessible environment, stimulates the steady improvement of the quality of accessible facilities construction.Thirdly, the implementation of standards and norms improves the level of awareness of society on the construction of accessible environment, from the idea of "convenience of persons with disabilities, the aged" to "benefit society as a whole to facilitate you and me", from "specially design" to "universal functional design", from the accessible facilities of "hard environment" to "soft environment", the concept of accessibility has been updated and promoted.Last, the supervision of implementation of standards and norms has promoted the construction of accessible facilities in China to a new level. |
