项目说明：	December 2021 - Project to be built under single bore tunnel option; October 2021 - Federal Transit Administration (FTA) issued a Letter of Intent (LOI) to Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) stating its intention to obligate funds for the project; June 2021 - RfQ launched for the phase II and stations; May 2021 - Santa Clara VTA has shortlisted three teams for the construction of tunnels as part of the BART Phase II; February 2021 - BART could get USD140mn grant to begin second phase; January 2021 - US FTA has earmarked USD100mn to the VTA for line; November 2020 - Transportation Authority (VTA) has released a Request for Industry Feedback (RFIF) to gather information and gauge interest from the architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors for the contract package that includes design and construction of the three underground stations; September 2020 - BART has recently released the first Request for Industry Feedback (RFIF) for tunnel and track work; August 2019 - FTA has announced the allocation of USD125mn to the Transportation Authority (VTA) for the project; January 2019 - Mott McDonald and PGH Wong Engineering JV to provide general engineering services; Project includes 6 miles extension of the BART system from Berryessa Station through downtown San Jose to the City of Santa Clara and will include 4 stations - Alum Rock/28th Street Station, Downtown San Jose Station, Diridon Station and Santa Clara Station; Project is part of 26.55 km (16.5 miles) BART Silicon Valley Extension Project
