| 摘要： | To help the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) better plan for truck movements within the State, this project will: (1) Based on the existing literature, and interviews with GDOT staff, develop a set of performance metrics that will help GDOT understand and track the performance of truck transport within the State, emphasizing existing truck freight mobility and access issues, and how these impact on the State's economy and the environment; (2) Identify and assess how well existing GDOT and other data sources support the proposed performance metrics, and (3) Identify methods and the level of effort required for collecting the data needed to support improved performance measurement in the future. |
