    摘要:  To develop a new kind of damping control system for semi-active air suspension, the structure and working mechanism of one specific type of semi-active air suspension is analyzed.A sky-hook suspension is used as the reference model, and the damping control system of vehicle using semi-active air suspension is proposed by Variable Structure Control (VSC).The model of the damping control system of vehicle using semi-active air suspension is constructed in Matlab/Simulink.The four-wheel random road surface model has been used as the input of the simulation model, and the car body vibration is studied.Simulating results show that the riding performance of vehicle is obviously improved by the proposed damping control system.

    摘要:  To study the crack growth behavior of advanced high strength steels (AHSSs), crack growth tests were conducted with different AHSSs, including DP800, quenched boron steel and unquenched boron steel.Experimental results showed that crack growth in AHSSs can be categorized into three stages: crack initiation stage, stable growth stage and unstable growth stage.During the stable growth stage, there were only little differences among the crack growth rates of different AHSSs.Then, several crack propagation laws were analyzed to study the crack growth behavior.The results indicated that these laws depicted different crack growth stages, and the fitted curves could agree with experimental results in stable crack growth stage.

    摘要:  This paper is aim at the distribution of the energy on hybrid electric vehicle.Through the analysis of the energy transfer mode and hybrid energy working mode, enacting a fuzzy control strategy.Then establish the control strategy model and vehicle simulation model that based on Matlab/Simulink, and simulate in the specific situations and analyze the result.The analysis results show the advantages of the hybrid energy and the effectiveness of the fuzzy control strategy.

    摘要:  The inconsistency in series battery voltage is studied, and the impact of various parameters on the characteristics of battery cell is analyzed.By researching on centralized charging and dissipation equalizer charging, dissipation balancing centralized battery charging solutions is proposed based on the battery SOC.[1]The program is suitable for serial number more pure battery electric vehicle power source-battery equalization charging.Through the test of Ni-MH battery pack equalizing charge capacitance, its results show that the method to charge has good effect on equalization.This method is better for the energy efficiency.

    摘要:  A modified coulomb friction model is widely used to simulate the steering friction torque felt by the driver in Steer-by-Wire (SBW) systems, which leads to system instability and torque ripple when a better friction feel is pursued.In this paper, Hinf control method is applied to conquer the multi-objective control problem to improve the haptic simulation of friction torque, and two evaluation indexes of the friction feel is selected.Satisfying performance of the proposed method is verified by simulation and experiments.The method can be used to improve steering friction feel of Driving Simulator and SBW vehicles or other Virtual Reality systems.
