摘要：	This paper presents a summary of a summit on transportation challenges in Minnesota, held on April 11, 2002, in Minnesota. Issues discussed included traffic congestion, highway safety, the impact of transportation (including freeways) on quality of life and the environment, the return state taxpayers receive on their infrastructure investments, and access to public transit for Minnesota's population. The goal of the summit was to make progress on creating an accessible, viable, affordable transportation system.
