| 摘要： | Costanera Norte is the first highway concession in South America to be equipped with a multilane free-flow ETC system, and has been paving the way for the definition of the Chilean DSRC standard for ITS applications. Santiago de Chile is currently home to the largest highway-building program in South America. This project involves the building and upgrading of four urban highways, all of them to be equipped with multilane free-flow ETC system. |
