There are a variety of views, suggestions and requests regarding speaker calls on stations. Many of them are directly contradictory to each other. As the train traffic dips, it begins to become "crowded over time" to accommodate all the calls in the ether, even when there is no traffic interference. The goal of this project is to investigate how speaker information (spoken information) should be designed at railway stations. The purpose of the study is to analyze and submit proposals on how and what to do in order to provide better traffic information to travelers at the railway stations in the light of behavioral science perspectives. It primarily refers to spoken information or alternatives to spoken information. The study: * The needs of travelers (different categories such as commuters, riders, long-distance travelers and disabled people); * Railway industry personnel observations (eg train crew, station hosts, customer center staff and barracks); *Alternative, existing channels for spoken information (prompts and apps); *Impact on local residents and businessmen at the stations; *Impact rate effects - many calls, limited call-out, affect the recipient of the information. |
