| 摘要： | The short‐term and long‐term impacts of waiving the specification requirements for temperature on warm‐mix asphalt (WMA) applications are not completely understood. There has been no concerted effort to collect other relevant data for Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) for comparison to normal hot‐mix asphalt (HMA) or WMA projects. In addition, the performance of these projects has not been evaluated individually. The objectives of this research are to: 1) Collect pertinent information on these projects: QA/QC data, issues documented on daily reports, exact project location, initial rideability, etc., and 2) Make an initial review of in‐situ conditions and performance. This information will then be archived to enable long‐term performance evaluation in the future when visible distress is observed. |
