摘要：	Picasso will study and test effective ICT solutions including addressing the human element by focusing on new technologies (unmanned vehicles) for safer ships and safer on-shore operations followed by directed training for crew and port operator. Picasso will improve cooperation amongst parties at land, sea and ship in order to face any kind of accidents and improving the crews and response teams' performance and capabilities. Picasso will develop new training tools for safety and advanced SAR missions training decreasing SAR response time and reducing misunderstandings during critical SAR situations, resulting in an IT Application for iOS and Android for crew training and an educational module (theoretical/practical training action) to instruct the future SAR officers in using the new procedures.
