摘要：	Safety targets for users of road and rail tunnels. The aim of the project is to propose verifiable quantitative safety targets for users in tunnels for road, rail and metro with a clear connection to benefits for the society. If quantitative targets are not appropriate or possible to be verifiable, verifiable qualitative targets shall be proposed. The formulation of safety targets for each type of tunnel traffic should be conducted in a similar manner. Suggestions or examples of verification of the proposed security targets are to be given. The project is basically a project initiated and run by Transportstyrelsen where Trafikverket intends to participate in a reference group and contributes with partial funding of the project.
