摘要：	EN 12697-12 Method A is the most common test method for determination of water sensitivity in Europe. For Swedish conditions it has proven to be inadequate as it does not discriminate asphalt containing aggregate with bad adhesion properties. The work consists of a laboratory mix and produce asphalt plates for drilling of test specimens for the various comparative studies. Asphalt type selected is an AG16 with its relatively low bitumen content provides the most rash on ITSR. The tests will be performed with and without adhesive agent and with three different bitumen grades (35/50, 50/70 and 160/220). Different conditioning procedures and testing temperatures will be studied to find the optimal process.
