This is the study of the high occupancy toll (HOT) lane on I680. This task will develop a model that can simulate HOT lane operations. The model can simulate how toll pricing can change traveler behaviors, allowing operators to change the toll pricing to influence traveler to keep the HOT lane running smoothly and efficiently.
