摘要：	In the Stockholm County Regional plan for Cycling it has been agreed that the cycling share in the county shall increase from five to twenty per cent. To be able to reach this goal, a lot more has to be done than what has been decided in today's infrastruture plans. In this project existing material will be used in a structured process lead by Trafikutredningsbyr�n, though carried out together with Trafikverket and other expertise. The work includes three parts: - documentation of starting position and goal, - benchmarking, - input from external expertise. The project will clarify and operationalise cycle and traffic planning so that it will lead to agreed goals. The potantial for increased cycling is significant, but earlier work does not explain in detail how to get there, apart from building a net of regional cycle roads with considerable benefits. That is however what this project will try do to.
