摘要：	An E-government system is realized and used by Jiangsu Provincial Port Bureau for provincial port safety supervision and emergency management;it includes eight function modules with twenty-two functions.It is to improve the port safety daily supervision efficiency and emergency management ability, to comprehensively achieve the goal of port "safety risk control" in the whole province by connecting provincial, local governments together with enterprises.The system utilizes mature framework and open software structure to meet the demand of crossing platform rapid development.It facilitates internal and external data sharing to solve the common defect such as information islands.It adapts to multiple kinds of approval flow, and the report data of dangerous goods operation will be compared with data from maritime departments to judge if it matches.The system has close-loop checking mechanism for hidden danger inspection.And it integrates GIS platform technology to help with emergency management.In all the E-government system for port safety supervision and emergency management in Jiangsu province proposes the solution to improving two provincial service fields: daily port safety supervision and emergency management ability.
