| 摘要： | The goal of the Ferry Parking and Landside Access Study (FPLAS) was to assist the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council (NYMTC) in the assessment and evaluation of both current and future potential sites suitable for the development of facilities to support waterborne transportation. Specifically, the study focused on the development of assessment criteria to optimize underutilized waterborne transportation resources and services through the following four tasks. Task 1 - Literature Review; Task 2 and Task 2-B - Expert Interviews, GIS Repository and Long List of Ferry Sites; Task 3 - Site Detailed Description and Assessment, and Task 4 - Site Assessment and Priorization. |
